Devin Casey graduated from Capri Waterloo in 2016 as a licensed Cosmetologist. In the past year, Devin has found her true passion in doing nails. She specializes in all natural nail manicures which means no tips are added for length. (I work with what you have) Devin is expanding her pedicures into more therapeutic benefits! She recently introduced hot stone massage into the pedicure!
